Dr. Erum Agha specializes in the treatment of trauma, working with clients to address trauma and PTSD, grief, depression, anxiety, and life transitions by bringing awareness and intention to the healing process and cultivating self-compassion.

Her clinical background spans psychiatry, integrative medicine, and community settings — a combination that allows her to understand mental health within the context of your whole life and physical health, not in isolation.

Dr. Agha's therapeutic approach incorporates a combination of evidence-based interventions with acceptance and empowerment.
