Somatic therapy at our practice, both individual and group, is provided by Jamie E. Mills, LCSW, our Clinical Director and a certified trauma specialist, who often combines it with Brainspotting and EMDR. Jamie has limited openings. If her schedule is full, our team can connect you with EMDR or trauma therapy with a clinician who has immediate availability.
Somatic work is available in individual sessions and in group somatic therapy, which uses gentle, body-based practices to help your nervous system release stored stress in a supportive small-group setting. No prior experience is needed.
Somatic therapy with Jamie is available in person in Raleigh or by telehealth anywhere in North Carolina. Openings are limited, so call or book and our admin team will check her availability.
